4. the crop tool is used to cut the picture to a different size,or ti cut a piece of it off.
5. the lasso tool is used to choose a specific piece of the picture and any changes will only be made to the chosen area.
6. then text tool is used to add text to your photo.
7. the buttons you press to undo a mistake are Command-Z if you are using a Mac or CTRL-Z if you are using a PC.
8. To undo more than one action, you have to pull up the History palette by clicking "Window" and then "History".
9. to rotate an image you have to go to the image menu and select image rotation.
10. if you don't like the the first crop drawing you can click and drag on the corners.
11. to change the length or width.
12. in the range of 150 to 200 pip
13. 250 ppi or more

Vanity Fair, January 2012: "Lady Gaga"

I think that this is a simple yet very beautiful picture, i really like how its not complicated but it still is very eye catching, this picture gives me the impression that she is nice and fun but simple person because she is wearing bright colors and a crazy looking hat that looks cool, and because of what the cover lines say, also the background is simple and the picture itself is very well lit with highlights and shadows so it shows good dimension. its also very well in exposure, not high and not low; overall its a really good picture that looks good and gives us a good idea of how Lady Gaga's personality is.

Magazine Essential Parts

1. masthead logo, the name and or the logo of the magazine  which makes it 
2. dateline, the date when the magazine was publicized 
3. main image, the main picture in the magazine that is  usually
4. model credit,it is a credit that the model gives to the magazine
5. cover lines , lines that are spread out all over the magazine that gets peoples attention without getting too much attention
6. main cover lines, a very large line of text that is covering up a large portion of the cover which is supposed to be the thing that catches the most attention
7. left third,this is an important part in which it has a lot of information which is important if it is stacked like in magazine kiosks
8. bar code, the code made of lines which is used for the people selling the magazines
9. selling line, a short sort of quote which are used to help it sell more

I think that the best ISO would be 100 since i was outside and it was sort of bright, even though it doesn't look that good on my picture, the ISO that looks the best is1600 in my photos.

The one with ISO 800 would be my next best photo because it is just a little overexposed.

I was mostly able to create an equivalent exposure in most of my photos that i took by changing the aperture and shutter speed.

I learned how to take better pictures with different ISOs, apertures and shuttrspeeds and i got more experience with a camera on manual mode, i will be using what  learned i the future for thing better pictures.

My Holiday and Hopes for 2014

something that happened to me over break that i will remember is spending quality time with my family and friends and eating really good food and having a great and relaxing time, and getting my iPad!

Some resolutions that I have for the new year are to be better in my classes, to be a better person, to get better grades and make more friends this year. 

In 2014 I'm looking forward to all of the new technology that is going to be released and all of the new experiences that I'm going to have, I also look forward to getting my drivers license and getting a job over the summer.

i think that the best song of 1013 was "Royals" by Lorde, i think that its good song that doesn't have too many bad things in it, it has a nice beat and sounds good.

i think that the best movie of 2013 is "Monsters University" by Disney. i think its a nice and fun movie thats entertaining and that has nice colors and that people worked hard to make the best that they could make it.

i think the top story of 2013 is the Boston marathon bombing, i thin so because it was so unexpected and it was a terrible thing that someone would do and no one knows why they would do it.

 i think that the most important of the year is the new pope because he is a really nice person and is being very humble and helpful to us all as an example. 

i think the biggest person of the year is jennifer lawrence because she is lie a normal person, she does the same things that a non famous person would do and she is a really good actor and funny person.

i think that this is one of the best photos because the tree is really beautiful, the colors are really awesome and really interesting. the colors look really vivid and it as a lot of lines. i also really like how the picture is nice and sharp, and also not too dark and not too bright. 

i really like this picture because it captures the really small details that we may not be able to see with our own eye. i really like the colors and how it fills up the whole frame by using techniques such as pattern, filling the frame, and balance. i also like it because its nice and bright and also a nice and sharp picture.
